Saturday May 21st saw the YDL Round 2 at Levehulme Athletics Track hosted by Bolton United Harriers.
The club would like to thank all our officials, team managers, coaches, parents and of course the following athletes for their efforts: Summer Eden, Jennifer Ekiugbo, Alice Yoxall, Isobel Oxley, Mia Makin, Jessica Swales, Scarlett Thompson, Alfie Dodds, George Worcester, Finley Gibson, Ralphie Shore, Nathaniel Knowles, Marcus Valentine, Jamie Greenhalgh, Joshua Grundy, Benjamin Davies, Jack Hughes, Oliver Hilton, Harry Brown, Alex Preston, Max Preston, Jacob Kelly, Curtis Hornsey, Allyssia May, Matilda Hall, Ellie Deavall, Iris Beca, Princess Iwelu, Chloe Medard, Mollie Wood, Eva Blaney, Cerys Jones, Emilay Wood and Eloisa Dodds.
Many great performances on the day with the team finishing in 2nd spot and the results are attached.
Team manager Daran Makin had this to say “thanks to the athletes, thanks to the officials and thanks to every single person who helped out today. In my mind the event ran like clockwork and that only happens when you have a great team. I didn’t hear a single negative word from anyone today and Bolton were complimented quite a few times within my earshot. Congratulations to everyone involved.”
